Electronic circuit protector
The PISA series protection module is an innovative low-cost product designed for current distribution and protection of 24V load circuits.
The PISA series protection module distributes the current from a large power supply across multiple low-current output channels, allowing for the use of thin wires. It also ensures that the unit's input voltage (corresponding to the power supply's output voltage) typically does not fall below 21V by limiting the output to a restricted current. Therefore, if high-sensitivity devices such as PLCs, controls, and sensors are directly connected to the same power supply as the PISA protection module, a stable supply voltage can be ensured. Loads that are not as critical (which are not affected by short-term voltage interruptions but could potentially lead to a failure of the 24V power supply) are connected to one of the four current-controlled output channels built into the PISA module. This provides protection regardless of the length of the wires or the characteristics of the power supply.
